SecurityWorx Australia was established in 2009 with the key goal of making sure that we provide security services that are second to none.
We have a highly trained specialist management team that operate in line with our security guards staff 24/7. Our array of services enables us to cater to a wide range of businesses across multiple industry sectors including property, transport, government and more.
SecurityWorx Australia are proud to be 100% Australian Owned and operated Employing a local workforce for all our clients. With a workforce of over 120 security guards employed directly by the company, SecurityWorx Australia is regarded by their peers as the largest privately-owned security company on the Central Coast and the Hunter region.

The security industry is predominantly a casual workforce with very few permanent employment contracts offered to staff. This then produces high staff turnover at client sites.
SecurityWorx Australia promote that over 90% of their workforce are on permanent employment contracts and they enjoy the paid leave entitlements that permanent employment contracts provide. This has produced greater staff retention and a staff turnover rate that is far lower than the industry average.
SecurityWorx Australia do not sub-contract
Unlike many other security guards companies, SecurityWorx Australia made a conscious decision 12 years ago to never use sub-contractors to service their own clients. They held firm to this ideology to ensure they always have control of the recruitment (including company induction process) & control over the quality of personnel deployed to their client’s sites.
