The security industry is predominantly a casual workforce with very few permanent employment contracts offered to staff. This then produces high staff turnover at client sites.
SecurityWorx promote that over 90% of their workforce are on permanent employment contracts with base rates above the minimum award, and they enjoy the paid leave entitlements that permanent employment contracts provide. This has produced greater staff retention and a staff turnover rate that is far lower than the industry average.

Unlike many other security guarding companies, SecurityWorx made a conscious decision 12 years ago to never use sub-contractors to service their own clients. They held firm to this ideology to ensure they always have control of the recruitment (including company induction process) & control over the quality of personnel deployed to their client’s sites.
